Orders can be placed through our online store, or by telephone. The payment methods accepted are:

The shipment will be made by courier, with fast and assured mode. The delivery will take place at your address, indicated to us when ordering. RETURN OF A PRODUCT IN WARRANTY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185 / 99:
Purchases made through the My E-bike site, such as purchases via telephone, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014, which provides for the possibility for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of goods. This right consists in the right to return the goods purchased to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal applies to individuals (individuals) who buy for purposes not related to a professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For orders paid on delivery and not picked up by the courier, the customer will be charged the return shipping costs and will be withheld 80% of the cost of the product.
